Location is good, amenities very good and useful, staff are excellent!!! The day we arrived I had a problem with my luggage, and the 2 male front desk officer did all their best to help and cheer me up! They are just adorable! Free coffee at the lobby is HIGH QUALITY--- Lazzo so it is such a warm accommodation... they also have a currency converter machine which I find so convenient... to add, their laundry service is highly appreciated... The room is spacious for Japan standard and having a microwave, basic kitchen utensils, and cups is just super extra mile for me... I chose the ECO-booking but towel change are available at the lobby too! I will surely book at MyStays again in the different prefectures in my beloved Japan!

The location was good. It was near to Hakata Station and Canal city just around 10 minutes i guess by bus. you can also ride by taxi. The room has the things you almost need like microwave oven and kettle, glass, and plates.

Good location, bus and underground (subway) in walking distance and a lot of restaurants are in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Useful facilities, like coin laundry and a money exchange machine.

Nice clean room, close to many restaurants and the subway. It was a bit expensive compared to the size of the room, because we went during New Years

The hotel staff were very friendly, they quickly helped to ammend a mistake I made when I booked the wrong type of room, they also provided extra blanket!
